Winning Momentum Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No: 1203054-V)

By making a booking through our online portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation 

  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon full payment or as per the payment terms stated. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.

2. Payment & Pricing 

  • All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary depending on demand, seasonality, or promotional offers. 
  • Payment must be made through our secure online system or via authorized representatives.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy 

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund. 
  • Cancellations made within 48–72 hours before scheduled trip are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip or for no-shows. 
  • In the event of bad weather or unsafe sea conditions, trips may be postponed or rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

4. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Weather Policy 

  • The safety of our guests is our top priority. Water activities may be suspended, or the trip rescheduled, in the event of bad weather. 
  • Decisions made by the captain and operations team are final.

6. Liability Waiver 

  • While we maintain high safety and maintenance standards, Winning Momentum Sdn Bhd is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the trip. 
  • Guests participate at their own risk and must comply with all safety protocols and crew instructions.

7. Children & Infants 

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 
  • Infants (under 2 years) may join free of charge but must be included in the booking for safety headcount purposes.

8. Conduct 

  • Guests must behave respectfully toward crew and fellow passengers. 
  • The company reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any guest for inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or safety concerns.

9. Changes to Itinerary or Vessel 

  • Winning Momentum Sdn Bhd reserves the right to substitute the vessel or amend the itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational needs.
