For Day Cruise :
Please arrive by 9:30 AM for check-in. The cruise departs promptly at 10:00 AM
For Sunset Cruise:
Please arrive by 3:30 PM for check-in. The cruise departs promptly at 4:00 PM.

If guest(s) arrive late after the cruise has departed, a longboat transfer can be arranged (subject to availability) at a cost of RM150 per boat and per trip, to be borne and payable by the guest(s)
No, a clear photo or digital copy of passport is sufficient for insurance registration.
We serve a buffet-style dinner with a blend of local and international dishes. Vegetarian meals are also available upon request (please notify us in advance).
Yes. Free-flow drinks are provided, including soft drinks, juices, and a selection of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, etc.), while stock lasts.

Yes, life jackets are compulsory for water activities. We also provide life jackets for children and infants.
No formal dress code. We suggest casual wear and bring along your swimwear if you plan to get into the water.
Yes, there’s a swimming stop and saltwater jacuzzi net, depending on your selection of the cruise, the weather and sea condition.
Yes, our catamarans are spacious and stable. Please inform us in advance if any guest requires special assistance.
Yes, definitely! We love helping guests celebrate. Just let us know – cakes, decorations, or surprises can be arranged ,additional charges apply.
The yachts are not fully wheelchair accessible, but our crew will do their best to assist. Please inform us ahead of time and we will make all the necessary arrangements.
We sail in light rain. In the event of severe weather, the cruise may be rescheduled or refunded. Safety is our priority.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before cruise time are non-refundable. Rescheduling depends on availability.
Yes, but parking is limited. Please arrive early. Alternatively, we recommend using Grab or public transport.
No, hotel transfers are not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional charge.
No outside food or drinks allowed onboard. The cruise includes meals and beverages depending on your selection of cruise.
