Terms & Conditions
1. Organiser & Eligibility
1.1. The ‘Instagram Snap and Win 2023’ (“Contest”) is organized by MantaBlu Cruise (the “Organiser”).
1.2. This Contest is open to everyone in Malaysia with a valid NRIC aged 18 years and above as of Jan 2023 who owns a Instagram account (“Contestant”)
2. Duration
2.1. This Contest will run between:
a) 1 September 2023, until 30 September 2023; 11:59pm (“Entry Period”); and
b) 1 October 2023 until 6 October 2023: (“Voting Period”)
2.2. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Contest Period at any time and will be notified through MantaBlu’s website and/or social media pages. All entries received outside the Entry Period shall automatically be disqualified.
3. Contest Mechanics, Submission of Entries & Qualifying Criteria
3.1. To participate in this Contest, Contestant is required to:
i. Follow @mantablucruises on Instagram
ii. Upload a photo post on Contestant’s personal Instagram profile of them enjoying the cruise or the experience they had with the cruise (must be MantaBlu cruise).
iii. Along with #mantamoments and tag @mantablucruise and two(2) of their friends.
iv. 2 contestants with the most creative posts will be the winners.
v. All Contest entries must be posted within the Entry Period and the Contestant’s Instagram profile must be set to “public”. Note: This Contest is not affiliated with Instagram.
3.2. Contestants may submit as many entries as they like however each Contestant is only eligible to win once throughout the Contest Period.
3.3. The post, in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the Contestant. By entering the Contest, Contestant represents, acknowledges and warrants that the submitted picture is an original work created solely by the Contestant, that the picture does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the picture.
3.4. Any Contest entries that do not follow the criteria set out in these terms and conditions will be automatically disqualified.
3.5. The Contest entries must not contain the following: –
i. Content that is or which may be deemed to be offensive, racist, politically religious agendas, inflammatory religious content, or content which has or promotes violence, foul language, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual or inappropriate in the Organiser’s sole discretion.
ii. Suggests any form of illegal activity, conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, and/or pornographic.
iii. Copyrighted or trademarked material or content belonging to a third party.
iv. Advertising for other products, services or websites apart from Mantablu’s services.
v. Any incomplete, incorrect or late entries will automatically be disqualified.
4. Prizes
4.1. The Prizes (“Prizes”) as tabled below shall be given away to the Winners.

4.2. A total of 2 Winners shall be selected throughout the Contest Period as per the summary provided below and transaction date:
1 September 2023, until 30 September 2023 – Entry Period
1 October 2023 until 6 October 2023 – Voting Period for Winners
Total No. of Winners: 2
4.3. Contestants are entitled to win only once throughout the Contest Period.
4.4. The Organiser reserves the right to request for a copy of the high-resolution pictures submitted by the Winners and it may be utilized by the Organiser for publication on its Instagram profile & promotional materials in the future, without compensation (refer to Clause 7.1). Any refusal or delay by the Winner(s) to provide the picture(s) to the Organiser may lead to the Prizes being forfeited and another Winner being chosen.
4.5. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the Prizes with a Prize of similar value, at any time. All Prizes will be awarded in its current state and cannot be exchanged or refunded. The pictures of the Prizes shown are for illustration purposes only.
4.6 Prize is transferable to any of the Winner(s) friends or family members.
5. Winner Selection
5.1. The Organiser will select the Winner(s) (“Winner”) based on the following criteria:
The Contestant fulfills the criteria as set out in Clause 3.1, the post deemed to be the most creative by the Organiser in its sole discretion during the Contest Period will be shortlisted.
two (2) posts will be the Winner(s). The Winner(s) will be notified by the Organiser via Instagram private message (inbox) and the Winner(s) are required to provide the following details:
registration details to the Organiser:
i. Name
ii. Address
iii. Identification Card Number
iv. Phone Number
v. E-mail address
In the event that the Winner fails to respond within 3 working days from the date of the first message, The Organiser reserves the right to not award the Prize and/or to select the next eligible Winner. The Organiser’s decision on the selection of Winners is final and binding and no further correspondence on the subject will be entertained.
6. Liability & Responsibility
6.1 All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/ any other costs, fees and/ or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest and to redeem the Prize is the sole responsibility of the Winners.
7. Right of Organiser
7.1. Contestant agrees that all entries and submission materials will be the property of the Organiser and the Contestants will not claim, use, or exploit the entries or submission materials for any purpose by any means at any time. Contestants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the submission materials. By entering this Contest, each Contestant agrees that the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the names, details and/or photographs of the Contestants as material for advertising and/or publicity purposes without any further notice. Contestants further agree that, the Contestants shall waive all rights associated with their pictures, images or details and are not entitled to claim any payment in any form, fee or compensation for the use of their pictures, images or details.
7.2. By participating in this Contest, all Contestants are fully aware and agree to be bound by the terms, conditions and decisions made by the Organiser. All decisions made by the Organiser with regards to this Contest are final and no correspondence thereon shall be entertained.
